Qualifications and Skills:

• Female, aged between 28-35 years
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related fields
• At least 1 year of experience in the food factory
• Strong numerical calculation skills
• Ability to manage a production line of 100-150 Burmese workers
• Leadership skills, analytical thinking, and ability to solve problems on the spot
