No. You keep posting jobs where you already post. We give you a hiring link and an apply-by-email address for the listing, then we manage the applications that come in.
How do candidates apply?
Two ways in: your hiring link, or email (resume, cover letter, attachments). Two ways to hire for the role: traditional resume and cover letter, or an online quiz for jobs where people do not usually send a CV, such as cleaning, hospitality, warehouse, retail, kitchen, delivery, field service, security, or caregiving.
What happens to applicants who don't make the cut?
They get a polite, timely rejection email. No ghosting. Your business stays in good standing.
What do I get at the end?

How much does it cost?
