Do candidates need an account?
No. Candidates apply through your link. They do not need to create an account.
How do interviews get scheduled?
Strong candidates receive your booking link. Use Calendly, Cal.com, Google booking, or whatever booking link you already use.
Do you run my interview calendar?
No. BKKStaff sends candidates to your own booking link.
What if applicants do not have a CV?
Use Quiz Mode. Candidates answer job-specific questions step by step on their phone. No CV is required.
Do candidates need email?
Not for Quiz Mode. A phone number is enough.
What languages are supported?
English, Thai, Vietnamese, Spanish, and Indonesian.
Do I have to log in every day?
No. After setup, you mostly receive a Slack or email notification when someone worth interviewing is ready.
What do rejected applicants see?
