Pricing

$99 per open position

Most small businesses are not hiring every month of the year, so a permanent software subscription does not make much sense.

You pay $99 USD for one open position for 30 days. When that hire is finished, you stop paying.

Prices are in USD. If you are not happy with the agent, you have 14 days to ask for a refund.

No monthly fees. Just $99 for each position you open, then you're done.

What the $99 is for

That fee covers one open position for 30 days. There are no per-seat charges and no ongoing subscription.

If you still need help after 30 days, you can extend for another month at another $99.

The idea is that you only pay while you are actually hiring, not forever in the background.

Why we price it this way

A lot of hiring tools charge monthly because they assume hiring is always on. For most of our customers that is not true.

You open a role, get a flood of applications, fill it, and then you may not hire again for a while.

We charge for the period when that flood is the problem, and we do not keep billing you after the role is closed.

What is included

We set the hiring agent up for your business and role, usually within about an hour during business hours. You get a hiring link and an apply-by-email address so people can apply either way.

Depending on the job, that can mean a normal resume and cover letter flow, or a short online quiz for roles where a CV is not how people apply, such as cleaning, hospitality, warehouse, retail, kitchen, delivery, field service, security, or caregiving.

We screen and grade the applicants, send polite rejection emails to the people who are not a fit, and give you a shortlist of candidates ready for interviews.

You also get email updates when someone applies, when someone is ready to interview, and a daily summary of what happened. If you use Slack, those updates can go there too.

We keep your applicant list afterward, so the next time you open a role you can invite people who already applied instead of starting from scratch.

How this differs from the usual tools

Typical applicant tracking systems keep charging after the hire is done, and they still leave you reading most of the applications yourself.

We are closer to temporary help for the resume pile: we do the screening and the declines, and you do the interviews. The full process is laid out on how it works.

We also try not to damage how candidates see your company. Screening does not use gender, religion, or ethnicity, applicants get a real reply when they are declined, and the agent can work in the languages your applicants use.

When you next need to hire

One open position costs $99 for 30 days, with no subscription attached.
