Why per-job and not per-month?+
Most small businesses don't hire every month. Charging you for the months you're idle is how every other tool gets to 10× the cost. We don't.
What happens after the 30 days?+
Your job goes inactive (no new applicants) and the Agent wraps up any conversations already running. You can extend for another $99 if you need longer, or close the job and keep the talent pool free for next time.
Can I cancel?+
There's nothing to cancel. You don't have a subscription. If you don't post a new job, you don't get charged.
What if I get zero applicants?+
Full refund within 7 days. No paperwork, just email us.
Why is the first job free?+
Because we'd rather you see how it actually works on one of your real roles than read another marketing page. The free job is the demo, same as the paid one, just with no card required. It covers up to 200 candidates, which is plenty for most jobs.
What if a lot of people apply?+
$99 covers up to 1,000 applicants on one job, which is more than enough for almost any role. If you hit it (very rare, usually a genuinely viral posting), email us and we'll work it out so you're never cut off mid-hire.
