• Prepare Method Validation Protocols and Reports for new products.
• Prepare Process Validation Protocols and Reports for new products.
• Collect product development data and prepare documents for registration.
• Plan market research to develop marketing strategies.
• Control the operations of staff to ensure compliance with established plans.
• Analyze causes and resolve issues that arise in the product research and development process, along with solutions and preventive measures.
• Perform other assigned duties.
