รับผิดชอบในการปรับปรุง, พัฒนา และสร้างมาตรฐานกระบวนการทำงานและการผลิตสำหรับสินค้าต่างๆ, กระบวนการพิเศษ, และวัตถุดิบที่ถูกนำเข้ามาในการดำเนินงานทั้งหมด

• Responsible for improving and developing work processes, reducing costs and increasing the quality of existing product manufacturing, reducing waste, and maintaining efficiency.
• ควบคุมและติดตามโครงการปรับปรุงต่างๆ ในการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปตามแผนงาน
• Collecting data, analyzing the capabilities of the production process, making and improving efficiency.
• Develop solutions and suggestions to ensure continuous production operations.
• Provide guidance and training to employees to improve their performance or development, and invent ways to reduce costs in the production process for greater efficiency.
• การจัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต
• Provide guidance to relevant personnel in the company's operations regarding technology in production, control, and monitoring of production processes to comply with company standards, equipment, and improvement of documents (Modification Form).

คุณสมบัติ

• เพศชาย - หญิง
• Experience in developing manufacturing processes for at least 3 years.
• Graduated with a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.

• Can plan and implement according to relevant standards.
