Responsible for improving, developing, and establishing production process standards for various products, special processes, and all imported raw materials in Operations.

• Responsible for improving and developing existing product production processes to reduce costs, improve production quality, minimize waste, and maintain efficiency.
• Control and monitor various improvement projects in Operations according to the plan.
• Collect data, analyze production process capabilities, and improve efficiency.
• Innovate and develop solutions to problems and suggest ways to ensure continuous production.
• Provide guidance and training to employees to enhance their performance or develop methods to reduce production costs for greater efficiency.
• Prepare documents related to production process improvements.
• Advise relevant personnel in the company's operations on production technology, control, and oversee processes to meet company standards, equipment, and document improvements (Modification Form).
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Male - Female
• At least 3 years of experience in process development.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of production processes concerning machinery, equipment, raw materials, and products.
• Ability to plan and execute according to relevant standards.
• Capability to lead and manage tasks.
• Able to work well under pressure.
