Job Details

• Production Planning: Estimate production volume and plan production to meet customer demand, set production targets (quality, production cost, delivery).
• Plan, manage, control, and oversee raw materials in production (RM), finished goods (FG), packaging materials (Packing), and consumable stock (Engineer Stock) accurately.
• Plan for the use of machinery, manpower, and raw materials.
• Production management tasks: Set production schedules, manage labor to align with production capacity, act as the management representative for quality (QMR) of the company, directly oversee GHPs&HACCP quality systems in the factory, control and inspect production processes, resolve issues in the production process and improve efficiency while prioritizing quality and safety, monitor issue resolution in each department immediately with an action plan to prevent future errors, control and manage WI documents, Procedures, and Support documents to enhance the work efficiency of each department continuously.
• Team and employee management tasks: Ensure compliance with company policies and various standards, monitor employee behavior in the production department to adhere to company regulations, verify accuracy and control overtime (OT) for the department, plan employee development, follow up and evaluate employee development results, control and check competency evaluations for employees in each department annually, plan and prepare the annual budget, carry out and be responsible for other duties assigned by management.

Applicant qualifications

• Male - Female aged 30-45 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science.
• Experience in product development (R&D) will be considered an advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience working in a food factory.
• Enthusiastic and good at communication.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with others.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of Express software.
