Operation work within the building, overseeing the operation of machinery and equipment such as Chillers, MDB, Generators, Lighting Control, Fire Alarms, CCTV, BMS, etc.

  • Inspect and maintain the machinery within the building to ensure it is ready for use
  • Conduct building inspections as assigned
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers of various equipment within the building
  • Support other tasks related to system checks comprehensively

Qualifications: Educational background at least in vocational certificate or higher in a related field, age not exceeding 30 years, GPA of 2.70 or higher
