Responsibilities:

• Analyze problems and provide technical consulting for products to other departments within the company.
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments or relevant parties to resolve technical issues.
• Support product development or test new products from partners.
• Prepare documentation to proceed as requested by staff in the R&D department.
