Qualifications:

• Male/Female, aged 20 - 30 years
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, majoring in vegetables, plant production technology, or related fields
• 1 year of experience in Plant Factory systems, artificial lights (PFAL), Hydroponics, Soilless culture
• Good basic computer knowledge such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365
• Completed basic laboratory training
• Knowledge and understanding of GAP and GMP standards
• Valid driver's license and own a car
• Ability to coordinate

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the plant cultivation process in the growth room
• Seed sowing
• Care for plant growth
• Harvesting plants
• Planning experiments in plant research and growth room systems
• Maintaining the plant growth system
• Recording data in the growth room
• Coordinating with internal and external agencies
• Monitoring results and troubleshooting issues that arise
