• Good knowledge and understanding of agriculture and the use of organic fertilizers
• Able to conduct field inspections, compile data, give presentations, and train others
• Proficient in speaking, writing, and understanding English
• Able to drive a car with a valid driver's license
• Good interpersonal skills and a passion for service
• Available to start work immediately
