Job Details:

• Extract all product data from the system (SAP program) to prepare information for production staff for product distribution.
• Arrange transportation routes and distribute products to various branches using refrigerated transport vehicles and motorcycles.
• Record all received products in the system and categorize them for sorting for customer delivery accurately and swiftly.
• Manage stock of both fresh and dry products.
• Monitor and check the delivery process to ensure it follows the designated transportation routes and schedules.
• Prepare reports and verify stock accuracy, along with compiling monthly summary reports.
• Generate reports on quantity checks and equipment usage control accurately, including monthly summary reports.
• Report operational results to superiors.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Have 1-3 years of experience in managing receiving, shipping, and loading in a warehouse.
• Ability to work in shifts with 3 shifts available (06:00 and 08:00).
