Warintha Import and Export Co., Ltd. is hiring an R&D Supervisor (Cosmetics Skin Care).

คุณสมบัติ:

• Age 25 - 35 years.
• Bachelor's degree in a field related to cosmetic formulation development.
• Experience in cosmetic formulation development of at least 2 years.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong management skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills.

ความรับผิดชอบ:

• Innovate and develop new products in the Skin Care and Hair Care categories.
• Plan and collaborate on project plans with the marketing team to develop products.
• Test and evaluate product trial results.
• Improve and enhance product quality.
• Research and study new raw materials for developing Master formulas.
• Coordinate with relevant departments both internally and externally.
• Prepare documentation related to product development.
• Conduct training and provide product knowledge to employees.

• Working hours 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
