Job Description:

  • Plan the workflow for all departments within the responsible section.
  • Manage various quality systems.
  • Manage workload and personnel appropriately.
  • Resolve issues as they arise with suitable solutions and report to management.
  • Control processes and production steps to meet standards, in line with plans and timelines.
  • Performing other assigned tasks

Qualifications:

  • Age 30 and above, Bachelor's degree in Food Science or Food Engineering.
  • Experience in processing industry, producing flour or products from rice.
  • Ability to analyze data, create, review, and set production processes.
  • Technical knowledge about product assurance and QA and QC processes in food production.
  • ความรู้เกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยด้านอาหาร: GMP, HACCP, BRC, Halal, Kosher, NOP/EOS (EU certificate)/Jas
  • สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
