VIP Property Development Co., Ltd. is hiring for the position of Marketing Manager.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English well.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Marketing Manager.
• Possess attitudes and ideas aligned with the company's core values.
• Strong understanding of Paid Ads.
• Good understanding of real estate marketing in Phuket.
• At least 2 years of experience in real estate marketing.
• Dedicated, active, and enthusiastic about assigned work.
• Creative thinking and planning skills.
• Good personality with effective communication skills.
• Ability to devise relevant marketing strategies and ethical team management.
• Leadership skills, organized, and able to prioritize tasks.

• Salary: 35,000-50,000 + commission
