360QM is hiring for the position of Customer Service staff with English skills

• Working hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00
• Work location: Auju Liang Building, MRT Lumpini

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ:

• Monitor and analyze the level of customer service provided according to standards
• Answer questions and provide information about services, track shipments, and resolve issues
• Coordinate with the sales team and logistics team
• Use computer systems to record information

คุณสมบัติ:

• Thai nationality
• All genders, aged 23-30 years old
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in logistics will be considered an advantage
• Business-level English communication skills required
• Skills in building and maintaining customer relationships
