Transcosmos is looking for customer service staff with strong communication skills who can respond to customer inquiries via chat or phone. This position is located at the Phakini Building, MRT Rama 9 in Bangkok. We offer a starting salary of 18,000 THB, excluding incentives and overtime.

Job Details

• Answer questions and provide information to customers about using the application via chat or phone.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree qualifications
• New graduates are welcome.
• Experience in customer service or customer support centers will be considered a plus.

Working hours

• Work 5 days a week, with 2 days off.
• Working hours are divided into two shifts: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM.
