Availand Company is hiring for the position of Application Support Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:

• Analyze and resolve issues reported by customers within the specified timeframe and according to the agreed SLA with the customer
• Document the causes and solutions for issues in the system for relevant parties to prepare reports for everyone
• Provide services with high standards

คุณสมบัติ:

• ชาย/หญิง อายุ 25-35 ปี
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
• สามารถเขียนโปรแกรมด้วยภาษา Java, Javascript และฐานข้อมูล SQL, PL/SQL
• Knowledge of Report Tools, able to create Jasper Report / Crystal Report
• Good understanding of Business and Problem Solving
• Service-oriented with good communication skills and ability to work as a team
• 1-2 years of experience in programming
