Key Role & Responsibilities

• Manages end to end process of raw materials control management.
• Coordinate with Suppliers on product’s complaint regarding about product quality and technical issues.
• Work closely with product manager and technical team to response customer’s complaint on technical issues.
• Provide calibration plan for all equipment.
• Be the Team leader of ISO 9001 implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Food Science, Cosmetic Science, or related fields.
• Obtain min 3 Yrs. QC experience in Food, Personal Care is preferable.
• Good command of English, Growth mindset, good Teamwork.
