Located along the picturesque Chao Phraya River with a stunning view of Arun Temple, Riva Arun Bangkok is a boutique hotel offering a unique experience with 25 beautifully designed rooms. We are currently looking for dedicated individuals to fill the following positions:

• Responsibilities & Qualifications:
• Prepare a consistent, high-quality food product and ensure courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service that supports the outlet’s operating concept.
• Assist with stock rotation, receiving, and correct storage of produce.
• Proper storage and management of ingredients, ensuring freshness and minimizing waste.
• Ensure all cool rooms, fridges, freezers, and dry store areas are maintained in a clean and safe manner, in compliance with health and company regulations.
• Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage, and cost control.
• Familiarity with various food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Excellent hygiene standards.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Thai national only.
