QC Manager - BBGI Fermbox Bio

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and operate QC lab equipment like pH meter, conductivity meter, weighing balance, spectrophotometer, calorimeter, HPLC, SDS Gel analyser, etc.
• Prepare/review analytical reports, SOPs, and checklists for inoculum preparation and related analytics.
• Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of lab equipment and adherence to quality standards.
• Prepare validation documents in coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Follow cGMP, GLP, and safety regulations in the lab.
• Analyze QC data to identify trends and prepare reports.
• Work closely with Production, R&D, and Engineering teams.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or related field
• 8-15 years experiences in QC or related fields
