• Source suppliers to compare prices and quality
• Coordinate with relevant departments regarding orders
• Prepare purchase order documents
• Verify deliveries to ensure that goods meet quality standards
• Prepare monthly procurement reports
• Maintain daily inventory records
• Other tasks as assigned

• Age: 20 - 35 years old
• Responsible and punctual
• Able to work well under pressure
• Proficient in Excel and various formulas
• Negotiation skills
