Caesar Event Asia Co., Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced General Manager to lead a newly established event service company. The suitable candidate will oversee both the startup phase and the ongoing management of the company to ensure growth and success in the highly competitive event industry.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and processes to establish and grow the company in the event service sector.
• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations and work effectively under pressure, including knowledge of logistics for equipment rental (furniture), booth construction for exhibitions, and technical support services for sound, lighting, and staging.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and drive financial performance to achieve objectives.
• Team Building: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to provide excellent service and customer satisfaction.
• Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the company's base.

คุณสมบัติ:

• Experience: At least 5 years of management experience in a general manager (CEO) position within the event industry.
• Education: Degree in Sales and Marketing Management.
• Language: Proficient in English.
• Commitment: A minimum two-year commitment to this position with exit requirements.
