เจ้าหน้าที่ศูนย์บริการลูกค้า (Inbound Call Center)

Transcosmos is hiring for the position of Customer Service Officer (Inbound Call Center) for those with good skills and a positive attitude to work collaboratively in our team in Bangkok.

Candidate qualifications:

• Minimum education level: junior high school and above.
• Age not exceeding 19 - 40 years old
• At least 3 months of Call Center experience
• Proficient in computer usage
• Start work immediately.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answering calls, receiving complaints and inquiries from customers regarding electrical appliances.
• Coordinating with technicians or relevant departments.
• Entering and recording data into the system.

Job Details:

• Working 5 days with 2 days off (not on Sat-Sun).
• Working hours: latest finish by 21:00.
• Work at Phakinee Building, MRT Rama 9.
