Transcosmos is looking for passionate call center staff to join our team in Bangkok. Your main responsibilities will include answering calls and responding to customer chats, as well as coordinating to resolve reported issues. We are looking for individuals with no educational restrictions and are open to considering fresh graduates. If you have experience in customer service or call centers, you will be given special consideration. You must be able to work under pressure and be available for shift work. Our working hours are flexible, covering various times, and we work 5 days a week excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. The salary we offer is in the range of 14,000 - 18,000 THB.
