Responsibilities:

• Review tax invoice documents and related paperwork to bill customers.
• Follow up on overdue accounts receivable.
• Bookkeeping
• Report on outstanding commercial accounts.
• Manage sales tax reports.
• Reconcile accounts related to GL.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting.
• Proficient in using Word and Excel.
• Experience in the automotive industry will be a plus.
