We are hiring : Content Creator (Full time)
Location : MBK Tower
Work day : Mon - Fri 09.00-18.00 (Hybrid work, work at office on Tuesday,Wednesday)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field. (Communication Arts, journalist, Arts, or related field would be a plus)
- At least 1 year of content creator
- Stay up to date with the latest trends to attract the attention of the audience able to manage the team effectively
- Able to monitoring and analyzing content performance using analytics tools, and making data-driven decisions to improve content effectiveness and reach
- Able to use basic Microsoft office program
- Organizational and time management skills
- Creativity, self-starter, and detail oriented
- Interpersonal skill in both internal and external organization
Responsibilities:
- Plan, produce and create concepts, ideas, and contents to be used across all our digital marketing channels to increase engagements with our audience
- Develop creative ideas, suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content
- Prepare a creative brief for designer team
- Create and publish engaging content
- Edit and proofread content before publication
- Track and monitor the impact and success of posts to ensure deliverables are being met, reporting on a weekly and monthly
- Other duties as assigned
